Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover/Novus, and  American Express for local in-store purchases, and PayPal securely over the internet for all other non-local or out-of-state orders.  If you prefer, we also accept wire transfers, personal checks, and cashier's checks or money orders, please contact us for details or explanations regarding our various payment methods and policies. 
***We only accept credit cards issued by AVS verifiable U.S. banks. No foreign cards, please.***
Credit card can be used by local customers or for local orders only, and must be shipped to the cardholder's AVS verified billing address. Checks, cashier's checks, and money orders must be sent in advance and require up to 14 days to clear. If you have any questions regarding payment methods, please call 847-797-9404. For non-local or mail order customers, Pro-Mix prefers PayPal.  We're sorry, Pro-Mix does not do business outside of the USA.

Shipping And Handling Most items are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise indicated. Pro-Mix currently does not ship outside of the United States. If you have questions regarding shipping or handling, please call (847) 797-9404.

Delivery Schedule Most orders are processed the same day. Orders processed before 1:00 pm CST Monday through Friday will normally ship the same day. Orders processed Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order the item for you. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges Illinois 10.0% state sales tax is required on all purchases made by Illinois customers and shipped within the state of Illinois. All other state and local taxes as well as use taxes are the responsibility of the individual purchaser.

Credit Card Security Pro-Mix allows the use of credit cards for in-store or local customers only.  All others must pay using PayPal payment services.

Guarantee Unopened merchandise may be returned freight prepaid within 10 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping charges. Damaged items may be returned within 10 days for exchange or refund. Opened merchandise (except music or software) may be returned within 10 days for store credit only and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. No returns on opened music, software, used gear, demo, bargains or clearance items. Defective music or software will be exchanged for exact item only. All other sales are final. All Bargains, Used Items, Specials, and Clearance items are marked "All Sales Final"
